Did you see that fish jump?

It’s simple, a small bid for connection. A shared experience. Fleeting, sometimes missed, but still felt. It’s a mundane moment, one we don’t think of much. Between the birds, and the beauty of the scene before us, already enjoyed and shared, that small moment spent wishing it wasn’t missed is enough to say “life is better enjoyed with you.”
