Neon Grave Pastel Sketch
F*ck cancer.
The song Neon Grave by Dayseeker is a poetic masterpiece in voicing what it feels like to lose a loved one and dear friend to cancer, with lyrics like, "Can heaven fall into my lonely earth? 'Cause hell is where I know you won't return."
This 4x6 inch framed soft oil pastel sketch on cold pressed mixed media paper is inspired by the album art for the track, as well as that defeated feeling when there's no more fighting left to be done.
Earlier in the year, the artist lost an incredible friend and fellow creative, Anita Marx to breast cancer.
As Anita would say, "F*ck cancer."
